The Firm is priced so it has to be worth roughly ten times what it costs, or it is not worth either of us doing. Under half a million, with a team of one to four, the fee is a stretch and there is not enough firm underneath it yet for the systems to pay back. You would be buying leverage before you have the volume to apply it to.

Past $500k that flips. Same systems, same price, and now there is enough work behind them that they pay for themselves inside a quarter.

So this is timing, not fit. Get through $500k and come back and book the fit call. I will be here.
